A thought about Mothers

A recent survey done by an online salary company determined that an average stay-at-home mother would earn $131,471 annually, including overtime, if she received a paycheck. It is estimated that she works about 100 hours a week, and would be entitled to a base pay of $43,461, with an additional $88,009 for the 60 overtime hours she puts in a week.

Of course…moms don't get paid for what they do, which makes their service to families all the more impressive! Perhaps there is no group of people who serve more than our moms…and on top of it, make no salary for it. Although they aren't making a salary, they are rich in the eyes of God as they are reapoing eternal rewards!

Teens, make sure you are adequately preparing to honor your moms tomorrow. Be creative, make it meaningful. Make sure your mom feels your honor!
