Summer Wednesday Nights goal and ideas

I am planning some things for the summer months. I want to see us have a more evangelistic outlook. I think we need to be thinking of ways to bring more teens into our youth group. I started looking at all the names that some of you gave that you are praying for to get saved. I realized something. If all of you just invited your unsaved friends to youth group, our group would more than triple in size. Wow!!!!!
But what do I need to do to get you to bring them? I want to make our Wednesday nights in the summer your chance to bring friends with the sole purpose of sharing the Gospel with them. But what would get them here? I need your ideas. What would attract your friends to us? I want to give you a few Biblical guidlines though.
1. We cannot compromise what we believe. (ie. we will not host a rock concert, haha)
2. We must keep it in the time frame (a couple hours, at most)
3. We cannot do anything expensive.
I would love to make a goal of seeing 5-10 teens saved this summer through our youth group, but all of you need to be apart of it. I would love to preach a salvation message every week in the summer, but if noone invites friends, then I would preach it to church teens every week.
In October, Will Galkin will be here. During that week, we will do a major outreach for teens, but I would love to see us do that before that time even comes.

Give me your ideas for Wed. nights in the summer. Let's throw some ideas around. Nothing will be mocked. Ok, if it is rubber duckies, maybe.
